Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it ships without any penalty.
- To cancel your order, please contact Legerestore customer service as soon as possible by emailing care@legerestore.com
- We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed and shipped.
Product Returns & Refunds
Legerestore offers returns for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your product must be:
- In the original packaging with any tags attached
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and unwashed
Several types of products are exempt from being returned, such as:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some personal care items (check website for details)
Return Process
- Initiate a return request by contacting Legerestore customer service via email at care@legerestore.com
- Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your package.
- Securely pack your unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include the RMA slip with your return package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by Legerestore customer service.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, Legerestore will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
